1) Overview
At Ralxi, we take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, we will assist with a replacement or refund only as per the conditions in this policy.
2) Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required Proof)
To raise any return / replacement / refund request, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing/opening video recorded while opening the delivered package.
Your video must:
- Be one continuous recording (no cuts, pauses, edits, or screen recordings)
- Show the shipping label on the parcel clearly
- Show the sealed package from all sides before opening
- Show the full opening process
- Show the product and the issue clearly (damage/defect/missing/wrong item)
✅ Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3) What Issues Are Covered
With a valid unboxing video, you can raise a request if you received:
- Damaged product
- Defective / not working on arrival
- Wrong product / wrong variant
- Missing item/parts/accessories included in the order
We may request additional photos/videos for verification.
4) Return/Refund Request Window
You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return/replacement/refund.
Requests after 3 days may not be accepted.
5) Not Eligible for Return/Refund
We do not accept return/refund/replacement requests for:
- Any claim without the mandatory unboxing video
- Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, drops, water damage, etc.
- Normal wear and tear
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, manuals, and any freebies (if applicable)
- Change-of-mind returns (wrong choice, no longer needed, etc.)
6) Resolution Options
After verification, Ralxi may offer one of the following (depending on the case and stock availability):
- Replacement (same item/variant)
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method (if replacement is not possible / approved case)
7) Return Shipping / Pickup
If your request is approved, we will share return instructions.
- Pickup availability depends on courier coverage in your area.
- If pickup is unavailable, you may need to ship the item as instructed.
(Return shipping responsibility will be communicated during approval based on the case.)
8) Refund Processing Timeline
If a refund is approved:
- We process it within 5–7 business days after approval/inspection (as applicable).
- Banks/payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the amount.
9) How to Raise a Request
Email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Name + phone number
- Issue description
- Mandatory unboxing video (Drive link / WhatsApp video / email attachment)
